This style of massage is meant to help relieve pain, improve muscle elasticity, increase range of motion of specific joints, speed up the healing process, help with minor injuries, and/or restore the body to normal functional use. Some of the most commonly used techniques include stretching, tapotement, trigger point therapy, skin rolling, vibration, cupping, scrapping/blading, and more! This style of massage is ideal for athletes, physically active individuals, manual labor workers, desk workers, truck drivers, nurses, chronic pains, and more!
Therapeutic/Sports Massage DOES NOT MEAN DEEP TISSUE. Pressure is adjusted depending on muscle tone and area being worked.
Therapeutic/Sports Massage is NOT A RELAXING MASSAGE. All of the above CAN be uncomfortable at times, but I am trained to work within each client's pain threshold. Most people describe the pressure as “hurts so good" pain. This can be a "hurts today, works tomorrow” kind of therapy. It is important to stay in communication with your therapist to ensure relaxation, deep breathing techniques, and for overall best results!
This style of massage is meant for the release of muscle tension, happy endorphins, serotonin levels, and can be a boost of energy through manual therapy to the superficial muscles. This is the traditional light to medium pressured relaxing massage. Heating pad, hot towels, &/aroma therapy can be added. Ideal massage to help with things such as stress, anxiety, depression, circulation increase, boosts immune system, improves sleep, improves posture, and more!
Also known as barefoot massage. A mix of Ashiatsu ceiling bars, a fasci-ashi strap, &/or a bar stool is used to deliver a barefoot massage. This is a GREAT alternative to deep tissue massage as it is much more comfortable. The foot is a much broader and softer tool, so it is able to deliver deep compressions to a larger surface area at once. Ashiatsu is also great for a light “flush massage”. Ashiatsu is NOT walking on people’s backs (unless they NEED that much pressure to make a change.) All pressure of massages can and still is adjusted at any time.
This style of massage manipulates the deep layers of muscle and connective tissues. It is used mainly to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as scoliosis, lordosis, sports injuries, gym recovery, chronic pains, and more! Some of the most commonly used techniques combined are stretching, cupping, bladding, trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, and more! Pressure is meant to be slow, deep, and detailed. All of the above CAN be uncomfortable at times, but I am trained to work within each client's pain threshold. Most people describe the pressure as “hurts so good” pain. This can be a "hurts today, works tomorrow” kind of therapy. It is important to stay in communication with your therapist to ensure relaxation, deep breathing techniques, and for overall best results!
This style of massage helps expecting mothers reduce swelling, ease insomnia, alleviate back and other pains, reduces anxiety and stress, improves mood, reduces labor pains during childbirth, lessens post-operative pains, and more! Most often a large body size pillow is used to massage an expecting mother while lying on her side. Side line massage is a GREAT way to get into the full range of the hips!
Cupping &/or scraping can be added to or incorporated into any session or as stand alone sessions. Cupping & scraping are forms of soft tissue therapy. They both break up adhesions, release tension & stagnation, stretch & massage the muscles, give joints better range of motion, create circulation, detox the blood, & stimulate growth & repair of new healthy blood cells. Cupping therapy decreases inflammation & cellulite. As well as can tighten and firm the skin through lymphatic cupping.
BOTH styles of cupping & scraping CAN LEAVE marks on the skin. The friction of the tool to skin can break tiny blood vessels that appear either as tiny red or purple dots known as petechiae (can look like a rash) or as circular looking spots. These marks are NOT bruises but a sign of burst blood vessels leaking into the skin tissues and the start of production of new healthy red blood cells. These markings typically last for 3 days & up to a week & a half depending on how deep stagnation is. Recovery can be sped up by applying & alternating ice and heat therapy to markings, starting with ice first & no longer then 20 mins each. High water intake & rest may also help.
A popular booking treatment that aids in balance and flow. Hot stones are used in movement to heat the muscles and can be used as massage tools. The heat from the stones is relaxing, comforting, and aids in being able to receive deeper work with less discomfort by softening the tissues first. A fabulous way to relax, release tension, and achieve balance.

Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, promotion, or just want to enjoy some rejuvenation and relaxation with that one other special person, we are here to help! Enjoy a private suite where tables are set up side by side and both parties receive a great massage at the same time! All that we ask is that a minimum of a week's notice is given to ensure two therapists are available.
Stretching can be used as a 30min add on or as a standalone session. These are assisted PNF stretches (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). PNF stretching is a technique that involves alternating between stretching and contracting muscles to improve flexibility and range of motion. I will lead you through each step while ensuring you are practicing deep breathing.
Face massages can be used as a 30 min add on or as a standalone session. Techniques may include skin rolling, small circular motions, & working in upward and outward motions using a face cream or no product at all. The benefits of facial massage can include sinus drainage, TMJ release, lift & sculpt face, lessen wrinkles, firm skin, increase circulation, decrease puffiness & inflammation, clearer skin, relaxation, and more!
Reflexology can be used as a 30 min add on or as a standalone session. Reflexology is an acupressure massage on the top and bottoms of the feet. It involves applying pressure to different acupoints on the foot. According to traditional Chinese medicine, these points correspond to different areas of the body. They are believed to have multiple benefits, including reducing stress and pain, aiding digestion, promoting sound sleep, and restoring balance to the body, energy, and mind.
