I am a trained professional. An insured & licensed massage therapist, certified barefoot massage therapist, & medical massage practitioner, who focuses on dealing with the correction & recovery of injuries & imbalances affecting your musculoskeletal system (bones, muscles, joints, & soft tissues). I am here to help you discover your limits & specialize your treatments. I offer a range of services and techniques including Swedish, Therapeutic, Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy, Silicone Cupping, Heated Scraping, Hot Towels, Hot Stones, Red Light Therapy, Scar Release Therapy, and more! My experience will help assess, determine, and work with you to determine the best massage styles, techniques, and/or tools for your goals! With an intuitive, intentional, and confident touch, I tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual, delivering personalized care for optimal wellness.
